DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch your order the next working day from receiving it, please allow up to 5 working days from the day of dispatch before contacting us. You can find out the dispatch date for your order from our website via our tracking tool. Any shortfalls or defects should be notified to us as soon as possible via our website form.
We ship all products via major courier companies and some courier companies do not operate on the weekend. When calculating the number of days for delivery please do not include ether Saturday or Sunday.
RETURNS POLICY
Faulty goods have to be returned within 14 days. Please ensure that you retain the invoice as proof of purchase. To return a product please go to our returns form located on our website. Please note we can not accept products back if they do not clearly display a returns number on the outside of your parcel. Please allow up to 14 days for repairs to be carried out. Please note returns of undamaged items need to be sent in re-saleable condition i.e. non damaged packaging. Items returned as new for a refund will be refunded in full less our original P&P costs. Returns cannot be accepted if the product has been misused. Please note we may charge a restocking fee if this is found to be the case.
REFUNDS
You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your original payment method once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 14 days). Please note that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
TESTING
We do test every single return, if a returned item is found not to be faulty we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the postage charges. We would advise you to check the item and the instructions thoroughly before returning a faulty item as we will not refund any items found to be in good working order. We can also not refund or replace any item that have been misused, including replacing batteries and chargers that may have been overcharged.
