Are your model kits suitable for beginners?
We cater to all skill levels! Many of our plastic model kits and Matchstick Kits are perfect for beginners, while our competition-grade gliders and architectural models are designed for experienced builders. Each product listing indicates the recommended skill level.
Do your kits come with all necessary components?
Yes, all our complete kits include everything needed for assembly (except basic tools like glue and paint). For RC components, please check individual listings as some may require separate electronics.

Ordering & Account

How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout or by visiting our account registration page. Having an account lets you track orders, save your preferences, and get faster checkout on future purchases.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

How long does order processing take?
We carefully pack all orders within 1-2 business days. Rare items like limited edition Cobi kits or competition gliders may require additional verification time.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship globally except to certain remote areas in Asia. The checkout system will automatically notify you if we cannot ship to your location.
Will I need to pay customs fees?
While uncommon, some countries may charge import duties which are the recipient’s responsibility. These are not included in our shipping costs.
How are fragile items packaged?
We take special care with delicate items like balsa wood kits and die-cast models, using protective packaging materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
